ZUCCHINI AND CORN SAUTE   
  Ingredients :
    2 cups corn
    2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
    3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    ½ cup white onions, finely chopped
    2 medium size zucchini, quartered lengthwise and then cut crosswise into small pieces
    Cumin
    Salt
    Black pepper
    ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro

  Preparation:

Heat oil in a large skillet until hot. Add onions and cook until softened. Add garlic and cook 1 minute more. Add corn, zucchini, salt, pepper, zucchini and cook until zucchini is tender, 4 to 6 minutes. Stir in cilantro and season with salt and pepper.
