CHERRY TOMATO SALAD   
  Ingredients :
    2 ½ cups cherry tomatoes, some halved
    1 ½ tablespoons balsamic vinegar
    2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    ½ teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
    Salt
    Pepper
    1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
    2 rosemary sprigs, for decoration

  Preparation:

Heat vinegar, oil and garlic in a non-stick skillet until warm. Add tomatoes, pepper and salt. Cook stirring until warm. Stir in chopped rosemary and serve.
Garnish with rosemary sprigs.
