SAUTEED MUSHROOMS WITH TERIYAKI SAUCE   
  Ingredients :
    2 garlic cloves, crushed
    1 tablespoon oil
    ˝ cup fresh yellow ají, finely chopped
    ˝ cup unsalted butter
    2 lb 4 oz (1 k) small mushrooms, without stems
    1/3 cup pisco or similar
    ˝ cup Teriyaki sauce
    4 tablespoons chopped parsley
    Salt

  Preparation:

Heat oil in a deep skillet or wok and sauté garlic. Add half of chopped ají, butter, mushrooms, pisco and Teriyaki sauce. Cook until mushrooms are tender. Remove mushrooms with a slotted spoon and place them in a separate bowl. Reduce the liquid in the skillet until thick. Return mushrooms and combine. Add remaining chopped ají and parsley. Correct seasonings and serve.
