OLIVE SANDWICHES   
  Ingredients :
    1 cup chopped black olives
    1/3 cup gold raisins, chopped
    1/3 cup chopped nuts or pecans
    2 fresh yellow aji (chilli), seeded and deveined, finely chopped
    Salt
    Pepper
    Mayonnaise
    1 loaf of white bread, cut horizontally, without crusts

  Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and season to taste. Spread the mixture generously on one side of bread and cover with another slice. Press gently. Cut sandwiches as desired and arrange on a serving platter. Cover with a damp cloth until ready to serve.
