PASTA WITH STIR FRIED VEGETABLES AND CHINESE BLACK BEANS   
  Ingredients :
    1 carrot, peeled and cut into thin julienne
    1 zucchini, seeded and cut into thin julienne
    1 red pepper, seeded and deveined, cut into thin julienne
    2 garlic clove, finely chopped
    2 celery stalks, chopped
    3 green onions, white and green parts, chopped
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    1 - 1 ½ tablespoons Chinese black beans
    ½ cup dry white wine
    1.2 lb (500 g) chinese noodles or fettuccini or spaghetti
    1 teaspoon sesame seeds
    Salt
    Pepper

  Preparation:

Soak Chinese black beans in white wine, for 30 minutes, and set aside.
Cook noodles or fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente.
Heat oil in a deep skillet or wok. Add carrot, celery and red pepper and cook for 1 minute. Stir in zucchini, green onion and soaked beans with the wine. Season with salt and pepper. Stir fry for 2 minutes and add cooked pasta. Stir in sesame seed and serve immediately.
