FRENCH TOASTS 2   
  Ingredients :
    4 eggs
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 cup of milk
    10 - 12 slices of bread
    Butter
    Maple syrup or any other flavor
    Fresh strawberries for decoration

  Preparation:

Whisk eggs in a large bowl until mixed. Add in sugar, salt and milk and continue whisking until just mixed.
Heat a lightly buttered skillet over medium heat.
Soak bread slices, one by one, in the egg mixture, turn slice and soak the other side. Soak only the slices the skillet can hold. Place the bread slices in the skillet and cook until golden. Turn and brown the other side.

Serve immediately with butter and maple syrup and decorate with fresh strawberries.
