SCRAMBLED EGGS   
  Ingredients :
    2 tablespoons butter
    6 eggs
    Salt
    White pepper
    Optional: ¼ heavy cream, approximately

  Preparation:

Place 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet until foaming.
Break 3 eggs into a bowl and sprinkle with white pepper and salt.
Beat eggs slightly with a fork and add it to the foaming butter.
With a wooden spoon start dragging the edges towards the center to start getting curds coming into the middle. Continue dragging until eggs are the desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper.
 
        Optional: Add ¼ - 1/3 heavy cream before serving
