GREEN SALAD WITH TOASTED WALNUT DRESSING   
  Ingredients :
    220 g mixed greens
    ¼ cup of olive oil
    ¼ cup of toasted, coarsely chopped walnuts
    2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
    1 tablespoon of honey
    ¼ tablespoon of salt
    A pinch of pepper

  Preparation:

Combine oil , walnuts, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper. Shake well and set aside.

Place a bed of mixed greens in a salad bowl. Shake dressing and drizzle over salad.
