MARINATED MUSHROOMS   
  Ingredients :
    2 lb (1 k) mushrooms
    1/3 cup soy sauce
    1/3 cup mustard
    ½ cup vegetable oil
    1 tablespoon minced garlic
    1 tablespoon ground cumin
    ½ teaspoon pepper
    ½ teaspoon salt
    ½ cup butter

  Preparation:

Combine all ingredients with the exception of mushrooms. Transfer mixture to a large bowl. Add mushrooms and combine to coat with the mixture.

Let stand for 3 hours.

Before serving, melt butter in a large skillet. Drain mushrooms and transfer to skillet when butter is hot. Combine mushrooms with butter. Let mushrooms remain in skillet just until they are hot.

Serve immediately.
