STUFFED MUSHROOMS   
  Ingredients :
    1 lb (½ k) mushrooms
    ½ leek chopped, white and light green part
    ¼ onion, finely chopped
    1 sausage, skinned, finely chopped
    ½ cup cream
    2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
    Grated dry bread crumbs
    Oil
    Salt
    Pepper

  Preparation:

Remove mushroom stems and chop finely. Place mushrooms caps in pan with water, few lemon drops, salt and pepper. Cook for 1 minute.

Sauté leek and onion in oil. Dont let them brown. Add sausage. Mix. Add cream. Mixture must be a little dry.

Fill mushroom caps with mixture and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Broil in oven.
