APPLE PUDDING   
  Ingredients :
    1 cup butter, meted
    2 cups sugar
    2 cups all purpose flour
    4 teaspoons baking powder
    ½ teaspoon salt
    2 cups milk
    4 cups apples, peeled and coarsely chopped
    2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

  Preparation:

Preheat oven at 375°F (190°C).

Combine butter, sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and milk in a medium size bowl until smooth. Set aside.

Mix apples with cinnamon in a microwave safe bowl and microwave until apples are soft, 3 to 6 minutes. Pour apples into the center of batter and stir once.

Bake in a greased heatproof serving mold for 30 minutes or until golden. Serve warm.

Optional: Serve with vanilla ice cream
