LIGHT BREAST CHICKEN FILLETS WITH MOLASSES AND SESAME SEEDS   
  Ingredients :
    4 chicken fillets, boneless and skinless
    Vegetable Oil (optional)
    ½ cup molasses
    Drops of red wine vinegar
    1 tablespoon sesame oil
    1 cinnamon stick
    Pinch of nutmeg
    3 tablespoons brown sugar
    ¼ teaspoon lemon juice
    2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted

  Preparation:

Use a non stick skillet, cooking spray or a few drops of vegetable oil and fry chicken fillets until golden and tender.

Combine molasses, vinegar, sesame oil, cinnamon, nutmeg and brown sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over low heat until sauce thickens. Add lemon juice and sesame seeds.

Serve over golden chicken fillets. Chicken can be served with Lima Beans Puree.
