PEACH DAIQUIRI

Ingredients :

4 oz light rum

1 fresh peach or 1 canned

½ - 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Sugar

2 cups crushed ice

Preparation:

Blend all ingredients until they have the consistency of snow. Serve on large champagne glasses.
