   Ingredients :
1 cup (8 oz) cream cheese, soft
1 lb 12 oz (800 g) spinach leaves, rinsed and well drained
1/3 cup milk
cup croutons, crumbled
1/3 cup grated cheese
teaspoon lemon juice


Mix cream cheese, spinach, milk, salt, pepper and lemon juice in a bowl until combined.
Transfer to a previously greased baking dish and sprinkle croutons and grated cheese on top.
Bake in preheated moderate oven to 350F (180C) for 25 to 30 minutes until hot.

Preparation Time: 50 minutes
