    FRIED DUCK APPETIZERS WITH SESAME SEEDS     

   Ingredients :
 
2.4 lb (1 kilo) duck breasts
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, cut in thin strips
4 green onions, finely chopped, white and light green part
Salt
1 tablespoon pisco or similar
3 eggs, lightly beaten
Arrowroot, necessary amount
7 oz (200 g sesame seeds
Worcestershire sauce
Soy sauce, for dipping

   Preparation:

Cut breast of duck in bit size pieces and place them in a bowl.
Combine salt, pisco, ginger and green onion in a bowl, pour over duck and marinate 30 minutes. Place arrowroot, eggs and sesame seed in a small separate bowls. Dredge duck pieces in flour then dip each piece in egg and finally cover with sesame seeds, Heat oil in a skillet and fry duck in batches over low heat turning until they are golden.
Remove from the skillet and drain in paper towel.
Arrange appetizers in a serving plate and serve immediately with soy sauce.
