   Ingredients :
1.5 lb of celery
1 head romaine lettuce, shredded
2 thick slices cooked ham (3 oz each) cut into long, thin strips
Juice of lemon
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 cup walnuts, chopped


Cut celery stalks crosswise into thin slices and place them in a salad bowl. Add the lettuce and ham and toss together.

In another bowl, stir together the lemon juice and salt to taste and mix well. Add the oil and whisk until blended.

Pour dressing over salad, toss well and scatter walnuts over the top and serve.
