Place ham in a roasting pan and bake in a preheated oven to 400ºG (200ºC) for 10 minutes and remove from the oven. Score top of ham into diamonds with a knife. Dilute orange marmalade with ¼ cup water and spread over ham. Insert a whole clove into the intersection of each diamond. Cut maraschino cherries in half and place in the center of each diamond.
Drain pineapple and secure slices around ham with toothpicks.
Pour Coca Cola over ham and return to the oven for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and place in a serving dish.
