   Ingredients :
cup + 2 tablespoons heavy cream
1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
6 oz (170 g) bittersweet chocolate, chopped
tablespoon grated orange zest
1 teaspoon orange liqueur (optional)
Cake pieces, strawberries, pear wedges, apple wedges


Heat cream with orange juice in a medium size saucepan over medium heat until it starts to bubble at the edges. Remove from the heat and immediately whisk in chocolate, orange zest and liquor until smooth. Serve fondue in a fondue pot over very low heat.
