Beat egg yolks slightly and pour into blender together with milk, flour, butter, honey, vanilla and kiwicha. Blend until smooth mixture is obtained. If mixture is too thick, add more milk.
Pour into a bowl.
Whip egg whites until thick. Gradually fold in egg whites to the blended mixture.
Line a microwave safe pan with plastic film and pour mixture. Microwave on high for 20 minutes. Leave 10 minutes more inside the oven. Test flan by introducing a tester or the tip of a knife.
Cool and serve.
