   Ingredients :
Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon mustard
7 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 fresh yellow ají (chilli), seeded and deveined, finely chopped
2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Place lettuce in a salad bowl. Add orange wedges and combine.
Arrange avocado slices on top of the lettuce. Sprinkle pinenuts and pomegranate seeds over and scatter onion rings on top.
Drizzle some dressing and serve remaining in a bowl.
        6 servings.
