Cook stringbeans in salted water, uncovered until tender. Place on colander and rinse with cold water. Arrange stringbeans in a salad bowl.
Place cottage cheese on the center of the stringbeans and arrange eggs around cottage cheese.
Sprinkle on top with red pepper.
Before serving pour dressing over stringbeans and peppers.
French Dressing: Place all ingredients in a jar. Cover and shake. Can be kept in the refrigerator.
