   Ingredients :
6 medium size corn cobs
Ground cumin
Juice of 1 lemon

Garlic Aioli:
cup mayonnaise
1 whole garlic


Cook corn cobs in boiling water for 3 minutes (coros will not be fully cooked).
Remove from boiling water and rinse immediately with cold water to stop cooking process.
Melt butter with salt, pepper, cumin and lemon juice.
Place corn on the grill and brush butter mixture. Turn and brush again. Repeat until soft and tender.

Optional: Serve with Garlic Aioli

Garlic Aioli:
Cut upper part of the whole garlic horizontally. Place whole garlic with cut part down on a oven pan. Sprinkle salt and pepper and drizzle olive oil.

Bake in preheated oven to 350F (150C) until it is very soft, approximately 1 hour. Remove from the oven and peel garlic. Combine soft garlic with the mayonnaise, correct seasoning and serve.
