   Ingredients :
2.4 lb (1k) fresh tuna, trimmed and chopped
cup black olives, pitted and chopped
cup green olives, pitted and chopped
cup toasted almonds, chopped
3 chives, chopped
2 tablespoons estra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons sesame oil
cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
4 tablespoons soy sauce


Place chopped tuna in a medium size bowl with the black and green olives, almonds and chives. Mix and add lemon juice, balsamic vinegar and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper if necessary. Stir in olive oil and sesame oil before serving.
