Crust: Place dry ingredients (flour, sugar and baking powder) in a bowl and make a well in the center. Add butter, egg and vanilla to the well and start mixing until a soft dough is formed. Wrap in plastic film and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Roll out dough on a floured surface and line the bottom of a removable bottom cake pan.
Filling: Place the cottage cheese, sugar, vanilla, milk and eggs in the blender. Blend until mixed. Transfer to a bowl and add the oil manually.
Pour mixture over crust and bake in preheated oven to 300°F (150°C) until mixtures sets.
Topping (optional): Mix topping ingredients until mixture resembles crumbs. Spread crumbs over cheese dessert halfway cooking
time and continue baking until set.
