Beat sugar with butter until soft.
Combine flour with half of sesame seeds (¼ cup) and add it to the sugar and butter mixture.
Mix well ingredients, knead and shape small balls the size of a nut.
Place remaining sesame seeds on a dish and roll balls on the seeds to cover completely.
Transfer balls to a greased baking cookie sheet leaving a 2 in. space.
Bake cookies in a preheated moderate oven to 350°F (180°C) for 20 minutes, approximately.
