Reviews for: ARROZ CON POLLO / Chicken with Spicy Rice

From Los Angeles, USA :
My mother is from Lima and this reminds me of my childhood. We used to eat this dish often with creole salsa (I used a bit more beer than the recipe called for). Aji amarillo is what gives this dish a distinctly peruvian flavor. I am glad I found this site!

From Mohave Valley, Arizona :
I am Peruvian, but my husband is from USA and he loves our Peruvian dishes. I cooked this dish in a family gathering and his family just loved it. I was handing out the recipe like hot bread. UHMMM!!

From Boston,, USA :
Really good and tasty!

From Andover, USA :
I love Peruvian food!!!!..... My wife and I make a Peruvian dish every weekend from this site..... So glad I found it.
