    HALVED PEACHES STUFFED WITH RICOTTA MOUSSE     

   Ingredients :
 
4 large peaches
Artificial sweetener to taste
½ cup non-fat ricotta cheese
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground clove
½ teaspoon orange rind
2 egg whites

   Preparation:

Half peaches and remove seed carefully.

Beat ricotta cheese with sweetener, cinnamon, clove and orange rind.

Whip egg whites until stiff and fold into ricotta mixture.

Fill each peach half with this preparation, and place them in a baking sheet.

Bake at 350 °F (150 °C) for 15 minutes or until ricotta is slightly golden.
