    TIRADITO DE LENGUADO / Lemon garlic marinated fish     

   Ingredients :
cup white vinegar
1 lb 9 oz (700 g) sea bass or white fish (ready to use)
1 cup olive oil
10 garlic cloves
3 aj limo / Chili (pitted and deveined)
3 teaspoons salt
teaspoon key lime juice
teaspoon pepper
tablespoon parsley
cup corn kernels for decoration


Wash and clean fish. Cut in thin slices.

Put rest of ingredients in blender and blend.

Place fish in a serving dish and cover with the sauce. Top with kernels.
