    MAYONNAISE     

   Ingredients :
 
1 egg
½ teaspoon mustard
½ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons lime juice
Ground white pepper
1 cup vegetable oil

   Preparation:

Place in blender the egg, mustard, salt, lime juice and pepper. Start blending while pouring gradually the oil until it thickens to desired consistency. Check seasoning.
