Combine eggs, oats and milk in a bowl. Add ham, pork meat, salt and pepper and combine well. Place mixture in a rectangular ovenproof mold 10x6 inches (20x12 cm) and bake in preheated oven at 350°F (180°F) for 1 hour.
While the ham is in the oven, combine the apricot juice, sugar, dark syrup, vinegar, flour, mustard and cloves in a medium size pan. Heat mixture, stirring, until it slightly thickens.
Remove cloves from mixture.
Pour half of mixture over the ham mold and bake 15 minutes more.
Invert mold on a serving dish and serve. Place remaining sauce in a sauceboat.
