I live in Vancouver, Canada. Where can I buy huacatay sprigs as used in Ocopa and Pachamanca?
Natalia Campos
Canada
Hi Natalia, you can buy it also as BLACK MINT or PAZOTE in Mexican markets. Maybe www.labodegaperuana.com may have and send it to you to Vancouver. In our Shopping guide you can find some places that sell Peruvian productos, but not in Vancouver yet.
Good luck, regards,
Yanuq
Thank you for your prompt response.. right now I am visiting Peru.. I am not sure if I can take fresh sprigs across into Canada. In any case they will probably wither, but is it sold as a dried herb such as oregano or parsley? Thank you Maria Luz, blessings,
