Halve hard boiled eggs and remove yolks carefully, leaving whites intact. Mash egg yolks with a fork, add cream cheese and combine. Fill egg whites with egg yolk preparation.
Slice avocado in thick slices, season with salt and brush with lemon juice.
Place 1 slice of ham in the center of 6 plates. Place one potato slice on top of the ham. Continue with a slice of apple and a slice of avocado. Try each slice to be smaller than the one underneath so that it resembles a pyramid.
Place half of stuffed egg on top with egg white facing up.
Pour mayonnaise over egg. Sprinkle parsley on top and garnish each plate with 2 lettuce leaves.
