    TUNA FILLET WITH BALSAMIC GLAZE     

   Ingredients :
 
4 tuna fillets (6 oz/ 170 g each one)
¼ cup chicken broth, fat free
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
4 teaspoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
½ teaspoon cornstarch
4 green onions, cut diagonally in 1 ½ inch (3 cm) pieces
Salt
Pepper

   Preparation:

Coat grill or skillet with cooking spray.

Season tuna fillets with salt and pepper. Place fillets on hot grill or skillet and cook 3 minutes on each side until medium rare or the desired degree of doneness. Remove from heat.

Combine broth, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce and cornstarch in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute, stirring. Remove from heat and pour over tuna fillets.

Garnish each fillet with green onion.
