Combine chopped chicken with red pepper, 4 tablespoons mayonnaise, cold béchamel sauce, 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
Spread this mixture generously on slices of bread ( one side) and cover with another slice.
Cut as desired. Spread béchamel sauce on sides of sandwiches and cover sides with grated parmesan cheese. Place sandwiches on an oven pan and bake in preheated moderate oven to 350ºF (180ºC) for 10 minutes or until warm.
