Place flour, cocoa and salt in a medium size bowl and mix with chopped raisins and pecans.
Beat eggs in another bowl and add sugar, vanilla and oil. Fold in flour mixture into eggs.
Pour preparation into a greased ovenproof pan (8x8” / 20x20 cm) and microwave for 7 minutes. Remove from the oven, cool, dust over with confectioner’s sugar and cut into 1½“(4 cm) squares.
