    STRAWBERRY COCKTAIL     

   Ingredients :
 
2.2 lb (1 k) strawberries
1 cup Pisco
¾ cup sugar
Crushed ice
1 egg white

   Preparation:

Place all ingredients, except whites, in blender. Blend.

Add crushed ice and continue blending.

Whip egg white until stiff and fold into strawberries.
