    CREAMY MANGO ICE CREAM     

   Ingredients :
 
1 large mango, peeled and chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
1 cup orange juice
¾ cup diet yogurt, peach flavor
½ cup light cream cheese
2 egg whites
Artificial sweetener (optional)

   Preparation:

Place mango, lemon juice, orange juice, cheese and yogurt in the blender. Blend until creamy. Add sweetener if necessary. Tansfer to a bowl.

Whip egg whites until stiff and carefully fold into mango mixture.Pour mixture into a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Freeze until set.Serve in glass cups.
