   Ingredients :
 
½ cup Pisco
½ cup port wine
1 cup evaporated milk
3 tablespoons cream of cacao
1 egg yolk
Sugar to taste
Crushed ice
Cinnamon to sprinkle on top

   Preparation:

Blend or process all ingredients.

Add crushed ice and continue blending.
