    MARINATED MUSHROOMS WITH GARLIC     

   Ingredients :
 
˝ k (1 lb) small mushrooms
˝ cup small garlic cloves (whole)
1 Ají amarillo fresco / Fresh yellow aji (chili)
˝ cup olive oil

   Preparation:

Peel garlic cloves and set aside.

Wash mushrooms. Bring water and salt to boil and add mushrooms. Remove and drain mushrooms as soon as water starts boiling again.

In a skillet pour olive oil and fry garlic cloves with the whole ají.

Place mushrooms and cook for a few minutes. Season to taste.

Transfer to a serving bowl.

Serve with slices of warm baguette bread.

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
