Combine in a small bowl the honey, vinegar and sage. Set aside.
Season chicken legs with salt and pepper and slightly brush them with oil. Place chicken legs on a baking dish and bake in preheated oven to 400ºF (200ºC) until cooked and golden.
Brush honey mixture frequently on chicken approximately 5 minutes before they are ready.
Serve chicken legs with potato puree or salad.
